Management Committee requires:-

Treasurer/ Secretary

 

Main tasks:-

  • Invoicing, receiving payment, producing receipts and refunding deposits
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Negotiating with suppliers, hirers and obtaining quotes as required
  • Arranging times with contractors to carry out works
  • Liaising with hiring secretary
  • Attend monthly committee meeting, take notes and prepare minutes and agenda
  • Keeping records of all income and expenditure and present at monthly meetings
  • Paying all monies into bank
  • Preparing accounts monthly
  • Preparing end of year accounts for auditing
  • Approximately 4 hours week
  • Self employed
